On April 28, 2011 at 2:00 PM Sheriff Dwight Franklin presented Mickenze Garrett of Macks Creek Missouri a Citizen Commendation. For the 13 year olds honesty after finding $1,400.00 in cash last fall and turning it over to the authorities. After a six month waiting period no one claimed the money and it too was awarded to Mickenze by Sheriff Franklin.
