On the evening of October 31st, the Camden County Reserve Bureau conducted residence checks of registered sex offenders in our area to ensure they were compliant with statute restrictions specifically targeted toward their behavior on Halloween. The Reserve Bureau is made up of state-certified peace officers who donate their time to the sheriff's office. The Reserve Bureau visited more than a dozen registered sex offenders who were all in compliance with the state imposed restrictions. The Reserve Bureau conducted this operation in cooperation with the Camdenton office of the Missouri Probation and Parole Board.
