During the early morning hours of January 3, 2015, deputies on patrol encountered a motorist traveling at a high rate of speed and running its emergency flashers. Deputies initiated a traffic stop on the SUV near Camdenton. When deputies approached the SUV the driver advised that his daughter was in the rear passenger area giving birth to a child.
