Narcotics Arrest Hwy 7 Camdenton

On March 24, 2015 at approximately 9:20 AM Deputies from the Camden County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence in the 5000 block of North State Hwy 7 in Camdenton regarding a traffic warrant arrest. Deputies made contact at the front door with Adam Blake Stutesman regarding as active Camden County warrant for traffic violations. While at the front door deputies detected an odor of marijuana coming from within the residence. Deputies gained consent from one of the owners of the residence to search and uncovered a marijuana and mushroom grow operation which resulted in the arrest of Stutesman and the recovery of 9 pounds of processed marijuana, 18 marijuana plants, 18 grams of psilocybin mushrooms. During the search 24 Rubbermaid tubs were located growing mushrooms from spores.

Stutesman was taken into custody without incident and is currently being held without bond in the Camden County Adult Detention Facility on charges of intent to distribute a controlled substance.
