Press Release: Sexual Misconduct

On May 27, 2015 Camden County deputies responded to the Pier 31 area of Camdenton for a motor vehicle accident.  Deputies located the driver who refused medical attention at the scene.  Deputies ran a computer check of the driver and determined he had an active arrest warrant for a Probation Violation.

Timothy A Eckard, 26 of Sunrise Beach was transported to the Camden County Adult Detention Facility and booked on his warrant.  Following additional investigation of an unrelated incident by the Camden County Detective Bureau, Eckard was subsequently charged with two counts of the Class D Felony of sexual misconduct involving a child less than 15.  Eckard is being held with a bond amount of $4000.00 cash only on the two felony charges and a bond amount of $500.00 cash only on the Probation Violation.
