06/07/2016

Early on the morning of Saturday June 4th, deputies responded to a report of a man firing a gun from a vehicle in the 100 block of Sweet William Road in Lake Ozark. Security officers at a nearby entertainment venue gave a suspect description and described the vehicle he was driving.

While en route to the area, deputies observed the suspect vehicle and stopped it near the intersection of Horseshoe Bend Parkway and Blue Heron Hill. The driver of the vehicle, 35 year old Michael John Condos of Mountain Grove and his female passenger matched the description given by security officers. Deputies also recovered a handgun from Condos’ vehicle consistent with what was described by security officers.

Condos was transported to the Camden County Adult Detention Facility where he was charged with the Class D Felony of unlawful use of a weapon and the Class B Misdemeanor of DWI-alcohol. Condos was given a $1000.00 cash bond and will appear before the court on July 5th.
