Cracks Down on Impaired Driving
Law enforcement officers across Missouri will be cracking down on drunk driving with increased enforcement March 14 thru 17, 2013 . The Camden County Sheriff’s Office will be participating in this effort.
“It’s never worth the risk to drive while under the influence of drugs or alcohol. Drivers could lose their license, pay large fine, or worst of all, cause a tragic loss of life,” said Sheriff Dwight Franklin. “The only safe driver is one that is completely sober.”
In 2012, 231 people were killed and 841 seriously injured on Missouri roadways in crashes involving alcohol and drugs.
