Sunrise Beach Burglary, Assault Arrest Made

On 12/31/2015 at approximately 9:30 pm, deputies from this department responded to the 900 block of Irish Dr in Sunrise Beach on a reported assault.  While deputies were enroute to the address, the 911 caller identified the suspect as 24 year old Dillion J Marschke.  The caller also notified our dispatch center Marschke was attempting to enter the residence through a locked door.

 

Upon arrival deputies and troopers from the Missouri State Highway Patrol observed Marschke standing in the driveway.  When the law enforcement officers identified themselves, Marschke ran from them and jumped into the lake. Marschke then hid under a dock for approximately thirty minutes until he was located and pulled from the water.

 

Marschke is charged with the Class C Felony of Burglary 1st Degree, the Class D Felony of Resisting Arrest and the Class A Misdemeanor of Assault 3rd Degree. Marschke is being held in the Camden County Adult Detention Facility without bond and will appear before the court on February 2nd, 2016.
