February 14, 2017 – On Saturday, January 28, 2017, the Camden County Sheriff’s Department Horseshoe Bend Deputies received a burglary report from the occupants of a residence in the 4700 block of the Horseshoe Bend Parkway.   The burglary had occurred between the first part of December and the middle of January. 

 During the course of the investigation, information was received that some of the stolen property had been placed on Craigslist for Sale.  Arrangements were made to meet with the seller, identified as Dale Vernon Edwards age 46, Lake Ozark, Mo.  On January 29, 2017, Dale Edwards was arrested and charged with Stealing, Probation Violation and a Domestic Assault Warrant. 

On 2/10/2017, a search warrant was executed at 270 Bittersweet, Four Seasons, Mo.  At that time, David V. Edwards age 46, was placed under arrest and charged with Receiving Stolen Property.

Over $5000.00 in stolen merchandise was recovered.
