March 23, 2017 – 1 Count Child Molestation 2nd Degree – 1 Count Statutory Sodomy 2nd Degree,                               Cash Only $300,000 Bond

On 3/20/2017 a Camden County Deputy responded to a location in Macks Creek reference a report of 14-year-old female being sexually assaulted by a 49-year-old w/m.  While obtaining information for the report, the deputy was advised that a second 14-year-old female may have also been sexually assaulted by the same male subject. 

The suspect, 49-year-old, Robie L. Nalley of Macks Creek was taken into custody at his residence, without incident and is being held in the Camden County Detention Center.

Due to the sensitive nature of this case and the fact that the victims are juveniles, no further information will be released.
